Licensed · North Shore, IL
Licensed electrical work for homes and businesses across the North Shore — panels, circuits, remodels and service calls, plus the lighting and finish work we’re known for.
Who We Are
Village Electric Service, Inc. is a residential electrical contractor working across the North Shore. Most of our work is the lighting and finish package in North Shore homes — recessed and under-cabinet, chandeliers and sconces, cabinet, garage and landscape lighting — along with the panels, circuits and rough-in that make it work. All of it the right way: EMT conduit and written estimates. Bryan was born and raised in Lake Forest — fourth generation. Scott is the fifth. Bryan has over 35 years in the trade. Estimates are free and in writing, and every job carries a one-year warranty on our workmanship.
What We Do
Full-scope electrical for North Shore homes and businesses — from permit to final inspection.
Recessed lighting, ceiling fans, outdoor fixtures, and weatherproof outlets.
Full rough-in and trim for new builds — panels, branch circuits, lighting, and devices.
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, and basement buildouts — all permitted.
200-amp panel upgrades and subpanel installs, inspected and up to code.
Level 2 dedicated circuits for all major EV brands — permit included.
Tripping breakers, dead outlets, mystery issues — diagnosed and fixed fast.

We used Village Electric as we were having an immediate need for electric work. They showed up on time, fixed our issues and went above to recommend superior ways to prevent future issues.
